LX MSS MIXER

Concrete mixing plants for precast and ready mix with production of 5-30 m³/h (higher capacities by request). They were developed to meet industries of precast and ready mix, and applied where the concrete of high quality and technological strict control are necessary. This plant has an additional advantage in relation to concrete dosing plants, in the reduce the use of cement, reaching a reduction of 5%. The LINTEC-IXON conducts the projects according to customer requirements.

Technical characteristics:
-04 Aggregates bin with individual capacity of 7,5m³ (standard), other capacities by request;
-Aggregates weighing by a weighing system below of aggregates bin of 8m³;
-Gates with drive by pneumatic cylinder;
-Cement silos with capacity of 65, 100 and 120 t;
-Quantities of silos according with solicitation;
-Water and additive dosing system by flowmeter;
-This plant is fully automated, which allows the emissions of wide range of reporting and remote access by the factory for verification failures, diagnosis or program updates. Semi-automatic - optional;
-Planetary mixer: supply by conveyor to transport or skip.
