Personal carrier (Detasseling)

Personal carrier is an equipment used for people’s transport in the producing activity of hybrid corn, specifically in the removal area tassel corn (detasseling process).

Technical Characteristics:
-Diesel motor with four times which maximum power 34 HP;
-Hydraulic system composted by hydraulic pump of variable flow coupled to the motor, tank, radiator and filter. The function of the hydraulic system is the machine movement and hydraulic steering;
-Hydrostatic traction system compost of four hydraulic motors coupled in a reduction box, transmitting the movement for the wheels. The machine has two traction control systems (4X2 or 4X4);
-Maximum speed of displacement of 6.500 m/h. The production depends about many factors, among them:
*Population of plants/ha;
*Productivity of people utilized;
*Tasseling stages;
-Basic dimension:
*Total large 3.200 mm;
*Total machine length 3775 mm;
*On the whole length with closed arms 7,275 mm;
*Free height for low chassis 1,800 mm;
*On the whole height 3,225 mm;
*Open Arms: the same characteristics above, except overall width with open arms, which is 16,200 mm.
