LX 12000F / LX 14000F

Stationary asphalt plants with production:

- IX 12000F - 100 to 120 t/h;

- IX 14000F - 120 to 140 t/h;

These plants are completely automated, which enables wide range emissions of reports and remote access by the factory to check failures, diagnoses or program updates. This equipment is the quick building and low maintenance cost.

General technical description:

- 04 feed bins of 7,5m³;
- Individual dosage conveyor for each silo with weigh bridge;
- Counterflow dryer with internal fins bolted fixing ring/body exclusive LINTEC-IXON;
- Burner with automatic actuation;
- External mixer type twin shaft;
- Drag elevator type Redler;
- Pulsation filtering system. The bag filter has a large filtration area (high durability and low replacement cost);
- Ready mix silo 1m³;
- Full automatic control system by supervisory or manual;
- Tanking system standard 60.000 liters (45,000 L CAP + 30,000 L Fuel). Other configurations of tanks on request;
- Optionally it can be provided ready mix silo 25 or 50t.
